Spoonbills painting work in progress

A small preview of the current work on the easel. I've reworked the background and started to paint in the top bird. I appologize for the small size but I'll post a larger image on my next update.

this is going to be really nice.
Loved the way your Deer came out after completion. It was well worth the work and energy you put into it.

Hi Gary, I truly appreciate your comments. Re: the deer, I'm pretty happy that I managed to complete it eventhough it took longer that I would have liked.

Hi Colette. I'm amazed with this piece, as well as your other pieces! It's great to see another Sudbury artist blogging. Thanks for becoming a follower and I'm looking forward to seeing more art. And maybe we can get together someday and share in some creating art. Take care!

Thank you Carole for your kind words and for following my blog. I didn't realize you were also from the area. I'm a member of the SAC and it would be nice to have you join, if you haven't already. Email me if you want more info.

Colette, I've just joined SAC last month and will be attending the meeting this month on cultural policy. Maybe we'll see each other there!
