On this step, I continue to work on the underpainting for the body fur. Many layers of pastel still need to be added to achieve the look of his luscious coat.
It will be a while before I can begin painting his beautiful face but first things first!
Wolves have such a powerful gaze. I look forward to the finished piece. It is certain to be great.
